ReplyDeletehad expired earlier, the property land and building has been purchased by her father or husband of her mother but property legally owner is mother as entire property registered on her mother name and daughter went to court for probate then her elder brother(one) has come to court for contest and presently not received any court summon/legal notice to appear in court to get her probate then what will be the next legal action to be taken by daughter to get her probate by her late mother WILL.
जब बेटी की सन 1975 मृत्यु हो गए हो ओर पिता की मृत्यु 1990 मे होती हैं ओर उस समय बेटा अपने पिता की सव अर्जित भुमी अपने ओर अपनी मां के नाम मुटेशन 1990 करवा लेता है ओर माताजी की 1992 मे मृत्यु हो जाने पर जयजात अपने नाम करवा लेता है ।।ओर उसके बाद 2017/18 मे उस मृतक 1975 के बेटे दोहीते उस जयजात मे ह जता सकते है ।
